Currently a Director at Klarna, the Swedish fintech giant and global leader in “buy now, pay later” solutions, Cadoni brings a wealth of experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions. At Klarna, he played a central role in securing more than $800 million in equity funding and led the company’s record-breaking $520 million divestment of Klarna Checkout.

With a career spanning 15 years, Cadoni has held key roles at global organizations, including Klarna, HSBC, and GE Capital, contributing his expertise across Europe, the United States, and the UK. His leadership in high-impact initiatives and fundraising efforts positions him as a valuable asset to Plannix during this transformative phase.

In his role at Plannix, Cadoni will focus on driving strategic growth initiatives, enhancing financial strategies, and preparing the company for a successful funding round in 2025. He will also play a key role in forging strategic partnerships and identifying new investment opportunities to position Plannix as a leader in the burgeoning WealthTech sector.
